Welcome to Domaine Pierre Adam, in the heart of Ammerschwihr.
Here, we welcome you for a moment of discovery about our history, our wines and our profession as winemakers.
The tour begins in our cellar, where you'll discover what goes on behind the scenes: modern stainless steel vats and traditional oak tuns work together to shape our wines. You'll learn more about how we work our terroirs, from grape to bottle.
The guided tasting that follows offers a real opportunity for discussion: 6 wines from the estate, including 3 Grands Crus, to explore the full richness of Alsace's grape varieties. This selection covers the emblematic grape varieties of Alsace, the diversity of soils, the influences of the vintage and the specific identity of each wine. The tour is designed to be accessible, enriching and convivial, suitable for all levels of knowledge.
