I welcome you to the cellar with a glass of wine to start the tasting, followed by an informative video on the Alsace wine-making process (adapted for children).
I will take you to visit the family cellar dating from 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels that we still use to make our wines. In 2020 following the organic conversion of my entire estate, we renovated our cellar and now use this new space to offer our visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic experience in the cellar with a 180° immersive video projected on barrels : unique in France... It is a film about my rather rich personal history, and about my work philosophy. The whole video is projected in the cellar, on century-old oak barrels at 180° (mapping on some sequences) with sound work, throwing the audience in total immersion in my story.
We will continue the Wine tasting, paired with its "Wine Time" (tea time around wine) in our tea room with sweet and salty delicacies : cheese, delicatessen, macaron, gingerbread, fruit, chocolate coulis and fruit coulis.
You can also not register the children and they can choose a snack direclty here.
A guide is at your disposal throughout the visit to exchange and answer your questions.

Delicious wine, not enough of it
$35 for 5 small pours. It would have almost been cheaper to buy bottles of the same wine. The tea time had no tea included. We didn’t even get water even though there were water cups on the table. Honestly, there was no description of “tea time” on the website at all. We were just hoping for some food. And the food was underwhelming. The wine was delicious, but after a 30 min train ride, 60 min tour, to only get a total of 25cl of wine… a little disappointing. If you’re staying in Strasbourg, I would not recommend this tour as it’s out of the way.
