The entrance ticket to the Gingerbread Palace includes:
Self-guided tour of the Gingerbread Palace: Dive into an enchanting journey tracing the origins and traditions of Alsatian gingerbread.
Fortwenger Gingerbread Factory*: Observe the production through the windows. Informative panels and a video are available at all times.
Tasting: A tasting basket is available for visitors.
Average duration: 60 minutes.

Non-exchangeable, non-refundable. Ticket to be downloaded, printed, and presented at the museum entrance.Practical information: The Palace is open every day from February to December from 9 am to 12 pm (last entry at 11:30 am) and from 2 pm to 6 pm (last entry at 5:30 pm). Sundays and public holidays from 10 am to 12 pm (last entry at 11:30 am) and from 2 pm to 6 pm (last entry at 5:30 pm). Closed on December 25th and January 1st. Annual closure from early January to mid-February.
*According to the production schedule - the factory is closed on weekends. Please contact us to know the factory’s opening hours.
