Here’s how your birthday party works:
Send invitations
Print the invitation card and invite as many friends as included in your package.
Booking confirmation
After booking, you will immediately receive your confirmation and tickets by email.
Arrival & start
On the day of the celebration, simply show your tickets (digital or printed) at the entrance.
Celebrate & enjoy
We will ask for your preferred dining time and guide you directly to your reserved table.

Proof of the child’s date of birth (ID or birth certificate) is required
Annual pass holders must show their card at the entrance

Please remember to bring plates and cutlery.
If anything is missing, we are happy to help: at the El Toro self-service restaurant, a reusable set (knife, fork, plate and napkin) is available for €1.50.

Special events are subject to change and are not guaranteed. Programme changes may occur at any time.
There is no entitlement to specific programme items, particularly in cases of changes due to force majeure.

Visitors who are blind or use a wheelchair receive free admission upon presentation of a valid disability card.

Sehr enttäuscht!
Wir haben Geburtstag unseres Kindes gefeiert. Der Tisch war nicht gerichtet. Wir haben 20 Minuten warten müssen bis das Problem geklärt wurde. Der Tisch wurde dann zwar auf die schnelle gerichtet,sah aber auch dementsprechend aus. Auch die Gastgeschenke waren so lala. Eins war bereits vorher schon kaputt und wurde auch nicht ersetzt. Essen kam über halbe Stunde später, weil die Tische vertauscht wurden. Wasser wurde erst nach mehrmaligem auffordern gebracht!!! Insgesamt war es ein strapazierendes Erlebnis (für uns Eltern).
