The Lamborghini Aventator I reserved a day earlier was not available...
... although I got a reminder mail an hour earlier to show up and now they want me to rate the experience with this car. The first contact was extremely unfriendly and unmotivated: "The car is in repair and not here". And to my question "Why didn't you phone me?" the answer was: "Why should I". The supervisor of the first contact was more helpful. It seems the booking system does not work at all. So I had to downgrade to the Huracan, that was also nice, but had an ugly color and was not what I came for. (I drove one hour for exactly the Aventator I booked and not a downgraded substitute.) Also the conditions that I had to sign - were not available during booking - and included that you “have a deductible of 20% of the damage with a minimum of 2000€”! That “applies in case of fire” - even if the cause is not your fault. So this might be up to something around 68000€ (!!!) …an unforgettable experience…
