A visit of our traditional and beautiful oak barrels cellar will be followed by an original tasting with 5 Terroir Wines and 8 Chocolates (different origins and creations of pralinés).
An original taste experience where you are the actor and accompagnied by the winegrower specially trained for this tasting.
A tasting booklet will be given to you to follow this experience.
The chocolates are selected and made by our local chocolatier, Vincent Strackar, master chocolatier in Kaysersberg (68).

Wonderful Wine & Chocolate Experience!
I had a fantastic time at Parenthese Vigneronne: Wine and Chocolate Pairings. The experience was truly delightful. Nathalie is incredibly friendly, and she explains everything clearly while making the whole session enjoyable. She was patient, answered all our questions, and made the experience feel very personalized. The chocolates were absolutely delicious, and the pairings with the wines were spot-on — each combination brought out new flavors in a super nice and surprising way. Overall, it was a wonderful, tasty, and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Je souhaitais un petit plus à une dégustation et cet atelier a vraiment répondu à nos attentes! Un très bon accueil, une belle découverte pleine de gourmandise dans une jolie cave. Même les enfants ont eu droit à leur dégustation, merci! Je le conseille et je suis sûre que les autres ateliers doivent être aussi chouettes!
