"Without life in the soil, there can be no soil effect! Inspired by ancestral practices, biodynamics is a natural method that is influenced by earthly and cosmic currents. It consists of reinforcing the vitality and resistance of plants by improving the natural exchanges between the soil and the roots and between the sky and the leaves.
The aim? To optimise the expression of the terroir in the grapes and therefore in the wine. Discover and learn, step by step, about biodynamic viticulture and appreciate its expression on the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf through a comparative tasting proposed by Jean-Baptiste ADAM.
Optional on site: tasting of a vintage prior to 2000 from the family enoteca (extra charge).

Visite passionnante

Administration parfaite.

Merci pour votre avis !
Excellent experience!!
Very interesting and nice tasting!! I would definitely recommend this tasting (and the wines) at Jean Baptiste Adam. The wine maker gave us lots of information about the family history, the process of wine making (including tour of the cellars) and of course the different wines that they make with the biodynamics. Really fun to taste the difference between normal wines and the biodynamic ones. The cave and its employees had a really friendly and well taken care of ambiance. It was no problem at all to speak in English or German. So really great!
