A visit to a wine cellar, with its wooden tuns, with an on-site tasting of 5 wines.
We welcome you to the winery for a 1.5 to 2-hour visit. We start with a guided tour of the wine cellar, explaining the various machines used and our winemaking practices. Free exchange with your host on our practices, of course in the respect of professional secrets ;)
The visit ends with a tasting in the barrel cellar of 5 wines, including at least its Grand Cru or Crémant. The tasting is also a moment to exchange on the different processes and practices of wine making, and a nice way to talk about the excellent terroirs in Andlau and its surroundings. You are free to buy either bottle following your visit.
