We start with a glass of wine in our wine space. Then we will watch an informative video about the Alsace wine-making process (adapted to children). We will visit the cellar, its century-old oak barrels and you will discover our family history through a scenographic experience with a 180° immersive video projected on barrels: unique in France... And we will finish the tasting in the wine store with a piece of kougelhopf.
We offer a bottle of mulled wine and a piece of Alsatian gingerbread.
The experience is available in French or English depending on the time slots: please check the language possibilities before booking!!
I welcome you to the cellar with a glass of wine to start the tasting. We will then watch an informative video on the Alsace wine-making process (adapted for children).
I will take you to visit the family cellar dating back to 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels that we still use to make our wines. In 2020 following the organic conversion of my entire estate, we renovated our cellar and use now of this new space to offer our visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic experience in the cellar with a 180° immersive video projected on barrels : unique in France...This film is not a remake of the video about wine-making process...but a film about my rather rich personal history, and about my work philosophy. The whole video is projected in the cellar, on century-old oak barrels at 180° (mapping on some sequences) with sound work, throwing the audience in total immersion in my story.
We will finish the tasting in the wine store area with a piece of kougelhopf (typical Alsatian cake). A guide is at your disposal throughout the visit to exchange and answer your questions.
After the visit you will get a bottle of mulled wine a piece of Alsatian gingerbread.

Super visite
Visite au top ! c'était Convivial et les Vins sont de qualité. Explications et diaporama dans le Chais vraiment sympa. Un regret : ne pas avoir réservé pour déjeuner sur place car ça avait l'air vraiment bien. A recommander
Highest production winery visit!
We’ve been to a lot of wineries in our travels and this one had by far the highest/coolest production experience with an immersive video tour walking through the history of the winery projected on giant wine barrels (while sipping on delicious wine!) staff was super knowledgeable and wine was very tasty! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the region - great way to spend an afternoon!
