  • Tasting of 5 Alsace wines
  • Valentine's Day Dinner
  • Family-run winery

On the programme

I welcome you to the cellar, where we'll start tasting our wines, followed by a video explaining how Alsace wines are made.

I'll then take you on a tour of the family winery, which dates back to 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels we still use to vinify our wines.

Following the organic conversion of my estate, we have renovated our cellar and will be using this new setting to offer our future visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic area in the cellar with a 180° immersive video projected onto barrels - unique in France. It's a movie about my rather rich personal history, and my work philosophy. The whole experience is projected in the cellar, onto hundred-year-old oak barrels at 180° (mapping on certain sequences) with sound work, allowing the audience to be totally immersed in my story.

We'll finish the tasting in our new immersive tasting area (movie projection during the meal). Each dish will be accompanied by a matching wine.

You'll start with a glass of Crémant, Griottines and an assortment of appetizers, followed by fish ceviche and duck parmentier with foie gras and heirloom vegetables. You'll finish your experience with an assortment of gourmet desserts.

Food and wine pairings will be offered throughout the evening, lasting around 3 hours.

2 formulas are available: with tour at €65/person (6:45pm) or without tour at €55/person (7:45pm).

A guide is on hand throughout the tour to answer any questions you may have.
