Immersive cellar tour, tasting and board meal

The tasting begins in the cellar. This is followed by a video explaining how Alsace wines are made (suitable for children).

Then we'll visit the cellar, with its wooden barrels over a hundred years old, and you'll discover our family history through a scenographic area with an immersive 180° video projected onto the barrels: unique in France...

We'll finish the tasting in the wine area, where you can enjoy a meal with a board (soup, cutting board and dessert) and discover our world, where wine and tourism go hand in hand. Vegetarian option on demand.

The experience is available in French or English depending on the time slot: please check the language options before booking!

On the programme

I welcome you to the cellar, where we'll start tasting our wines. We'll enjoy a video explaining how Alsace wines are made (suitable for children). I'll then take you on a tour of the family cellar, which dates back to 1850, to see the hundred-year-old oak barrels we still use to make our wines.

Following the organic conversion of my estate, we have renovated our cellar and are taking advantage of this new setting to offer our future visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic area in the cellar with an immersive 180° video projected onto the barrels - the only one of its kind in France... This film is not a remake of anything you can find to date about working in the vineyard... But a film about my rather rich personal history, and my working philosophy. The whole thing was projected in the cellar, onto hundred-year-old oak barrels at 180° (mapping on certain sequences) with sound work, allowing the audience to be totally immersed in my story.

We'll finish the tasting in our dining bar area. You can enjoy a soup, a mixed board (cheese, fish and charcuterie) and an Alsatian dessert.

For vegetarians, please let us know in advance.Throughout the meal, each dish is accompanied by a glass of wine from the estate.

Children can choose from a menu of sausages, vegetable crisps, drinks and dessert. You can also choose not to register your children, and they can choose a menu on the spot!

A guide will be on hand throughout the visit to answer any questions you may have.

Great intro to Alsatian traditional winemaking

Commenté le 08/06/2026

An absolute must-do! Fantastic wine, food, and hospitality We had a wonderful visit to the Zeyssolff winery! As a party of four, we booked the "Immersive cellar tour with lunch," and it was the perfect choice matching our day plan of visiting the region. We were personally welcomed by the owner himself to start our tasting, which was followed by an insightful film about the region's winemaking history. Next, we were led down into the cellars for an incredible immersive video about the family history of many generation of wine makers (since 1778), projected directly onto giant oak barrels—all while tasting three more excellent wines. Afterward, we moved to the restaurant room, which is beautifully cozy and modern. Lunch was a feast: a massive selection of local cheeses, charcuterie, and fresh bread, paired perfectly with another three wines. We had a fantastic time and truly ate and drank like royalty. A brilliant experience from start to finish!

Présentation du caveau très bien faite. Installations de grandes qualité. Espace de restauration "high standing" Nous étions un groupe de plus de 20 personnes. Merci d'avoir accepter de proposer une formule un autre jour que celui normalement prévu pour celle-ci.
