The entrance ticket to the Gingerbread Palace includes:
Self-guided tour of the Gingerbread Palace: Dive into an enchanting journey tracing the origins and traditions of Alsatian gingerbread.
Fortwenger Gingerbread Factory*: Observe the production through the windows. Informative panels and a video are available at all times.
Tasting: A tasting basket is available for visitors.

Sundays and public holidays from 10 am to 12 pm (last entry at 11:30 am) and from 2 pm to 6 pm (last entry at 5:30 pm). Closed on December 25th and January 1st. Annual closure from early January to mid-February.

Le moment parfait pour se plonger dans les temps de l’Avent
Réservation très facile via le site internet. Nous avons passé un excellent moment tous les quatre (dont le plus petit de la famille qui, du haut de ses 18 mois, découvre à peine ce qu’est « Noël »). Et je trouvais qu’une visite du Palais du Pain d’Epices était une belle façon de l’aider à appréhender la magie et la chaleur de cette période de fin d’année. Nous avons également décoré nos pains d’épices et c’est là que les yeux de nos enfants scintillaient le plus. Nous recommandons donc tous les quatre, à l’unanimité, cette activité.
