Alongside Muriel GUETH, independent winemaker, discover six carefully curated food and wine pairings built around three goose and duck Foie Gras, crafted in Gueberschwihr by Marcel Metzger. This original sensory experience challenges expectations by combining both sweet and off-dry wines as well as dry and medium-dry styles, all from our limestone and sandstone terroirs.
Each Foie Gras is paired with two different wines, revealing the full richness of possible combinations — for a total of six wines tasted and commented. You will discover how a wine’s minerality, freshness or sweetness can elevate the very same product in entirely different ways.

By bus from Colmar Check the route and timetable (varies depending on the day and time of year). Get off at the ‘Chapelle’ stop. Walk along Route de Rouffach for about 8 minutes. The GUETH estate is located below the village on your left.
