Nie wieder !!!!
Werden dort nie wieder hingehen . Bahn blieb im Wasser hängen und da niemand auf das Rufen von meinem Sohn ( 11 Jahre ) reagierte , sprang er ins Wasser ( Tümpel bis zum Kin ) zum an den Ausgang zu kommen . Vermutlich war das Seil zum zurückziehen kaputt . Mitarbeiter sperrten auch kurz danach nicht ab , ein weiteres Kind blieb hängen und die Mutter zog es von Hand zurück! Da mein Sohn komplett nass war , bei einer Außentemperatur von nur 17 Grad habe ich bei einer Mitarbeiterin nur ein Handtuch oder Lappen zum abtrocknen verlangt mehr nicht . Nicht mal da konnte das Personal weiterhelfen , wir mussten mein Sohn mit 2-3 Servietten abtrocknen . Es ist ein Schande , dass man dem Kunde in so einem Fall nicht weiterhelfen kann . Ist ja nicht der erste Fall mit den tollen Bahnen wo nicht funktionieren usw . Für uns ist es klar das wir so irgendwo nie wieder hingehen ! Hier ist wohl der Kunde nicht König , schade …
