The harvest is the result of a year's work devoted to the production of a prestigious product. This period is a good time to discover the job of an independent winegrower.
First, we will share with you our passion and know-how by showing you the different harvesting techniques.
Thanks to the contribution of the microclimate we benefit from, we can obtain wines that are both soft and generous.
After the theoretical, it's time for the practical! We will go to a plot of vines in the heart of the pearls of the vineyard for 1 to 2 hours of harvesting. The opportunity to participate in a friendly and fun experience.
Then, on our return to the vineyard, we will present you the phases of the transformation of the grapes into wine and the techniques used for the vinification of red, white and rosé wines.
Finally, after the effort, the comfort around a tasting of our wines.
