In the heart of the Munster Valley, in a family winery, you will discover the wines of Alsace! You will be able to discuss all the facets of the winegrower's job, visit the cellar and taste a selection of wines produced on the granite slopes of the Val Saint Grégoire.
The Domaine Schoenheitz has been involved in wine tourism for 20 years and offers different packages throughout the year for all lovers of Alsace wines. A discovery farm, member of the diVINes d'Alsace and Slow Food 68, the winery has been awarded the "Vignobles et Découvertes", "Cave de Noël", "Alsace Ecotourisme" and "Haute Valeur Environnementale" labels, and is currently undergoing organic conversion.
For this experience, you will discover the history of this valley and its winery, then you will visit the cellar and follow all the steps of the wine making process, from the grape to the bottle of wine! Back in the cellar, you will taste the mosaic of Alsatian grape varieties combined with the influence of the terroirs.
