I will take you to visit the family cellar dating from 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels that we still use to make our wines. In 2020 following the organic conversion of my entire estate, we renovated our cellar and now use this new space to offer our visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic experience in the cellar with a 180° immersive video projected on barrels : unique in France... It is a film about my rather rich personal history, and about my work philosophy. The whole video is projected in the cellar, on century-old oak barrels at 180° (mapping on some sequences) with sound work, throwing the audience in total immersion in my story.
We will continue the Wine tasting, paired with its "Wine Time" (tea time around wine) in our tea room with sweet and salty delicacies : cheese, delicatessen, macaron, gingerbread, fruit, chocolate coulis and fruit coulis.

Excellent Cellar visit and Tea Time around wine
It is a highly recommended place to visit if you are in Alsace! A warm and friendly welcome, a cozy environment, the opportunity to see and buy various local products in the winery shop, and very professional and friendly staff. It was a good and informative tour of the cellar, with video projections on the history of the winery and the family. Good quality wines excellent wine presentation. It is a well-organized company with a well-thought-out tour/tasting offer and the ability to book winery visits online. Highly recommended for wine tour enthusiasts.
